COURSE INTRODUCTION & OUTLINE:

This Webinar Course on Professional Ethics has been developed to meet with compliance under the Continuing Education Requirements established by The State of Texas Board of Professional Engineers. Emphasis will be placed on the significance, importance, and overview of The State of Texas – Texas Engineering Practice Act and Rules Concerning The Practice of Engineering and Professional Engineering Licensure, Summary of Rules Changes, including Texas Administrative Code and Selective Case Study Disciplinary Actions, while Integrating the Universal Professional Code of Ethics, Engineers Creed, Preamble and Pledge to the respected Fundamental Cannons governing the requirements which apply to professional Engineers Licensure.
